About Fitness Collective

The Fitness Collective has been designed with you in mind. The on the go business person, busy mum, run-off-your feet uni student. We know that in today’s world, nearly everybody is time poor. Our 20 minute workouts have been designed to maximise your time by using minimal equipment combined with body weight exercises in high intensity programs to improve fitness, build muscle, strength and confidence! With over 5 years within the fitness industry, Jacob & Sarah wanted to share their knowledge with you so that you can enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle, wherever you are!
